Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our limited releases, all sales are final. 

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item, contact us at info@thenitrocart.com with photos within 3 days of receiving the product. If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging! The additional shipping costs for the exchange will be your responsibility. Thank you for being patient with our small business (:

Order Changes:

Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has begun.

Order changes after the initial order confirmation are not guaranteed and will not be The Nitro Bar’s responsibility if unmet.

Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking info via email.

Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Nitro Bar is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We recommend double-checking your delivery address at checkout and reaching out to your local carrier if an issue arises.
